Order issues

Entered the wrong address?
Let us know ASAP at info@mudguard.eu with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. If it’s already on its way, you’ll need to contact the courier directly.

Received a faulty or damaged item?
That’s on us, and we’ll fix it. Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Item missing from your package?
Check the packaging thoroughly. Still missing? Contact us and we’ll sort it out.

Received the wrong item?
Oops! Send a photo of what you received along with your order details. We’ll make it right.

Didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation?
Check your spam/junk folder first. Look for tracking emails from PostNL or DHL. Still nothing? Reach out and we’ll resend it.

 

Shipping and delivery

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once ready, they ship the same day.

Where do we ship?
We currently ship within the EU only.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take a few hours (up to 24h on Sundays).

How long does shipping take?

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days after shipping

  • Rest of EU: 4–10 business days, depending on your location
    Delays due to customs or local couriers can occasionally happen.

Will I be charged duties/taxes?
All orders are shipped from the EU. If you live in the EU, you won’t pay additional duties. If customs does charge something unexpectedly, this is the customer’s responsibility.

Think your order is lost or delayed?
If it’s been more than 10 business days, contact us, we’ll help chase it with the courier.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Mudguard gear. But if not, you’ve got rights.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return any unused item within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. Just email us at info@mudguard.eu with your order number to start the return process.

⚠️ Returns must be:

  • Sent back within 14 days of notifying us

  • In original, unworn condition

  • Shipped at your own cost

Typical return costs:

  • NL: €5.95 | BE: €7.50 | Other EU: up to €20 depending on courier

When do I get my refund?
Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll refund you via your original payment method within 14 days.

Can I exchange for another size?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Want a different size or item? Return your product, and place a new order.

Received a faulty item?
That’s an exception. If your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement, your choice.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and iDeal.

My promo code/gift card isn’t working
Check if the code applies to the items in your cart. Still not working? Send us a screenshot and we’ll help out.
