Order Issues

Entered the wrong address?

No worries! We need to fix this ASAP before your order ships. Shoot us an email right away at info@mudguard.eu with your order number, order details, and the correct address. We’ll confirm once it’s updated. If your order is already on its way, we can’t change the address, and you’ll need to contact the shipping provider directly.

Received a faulty item?

Oh no! Let’s sort this out for you. Email us at info@mudguard.eu with pictures of the faulty item and your order details. We’ll get it resolved in no time.

Missing an item?

First, check the wrapping and inside the parcel to make sure it’s not hiding. Still missing? If you still can’t find it, please contact us at info@mudguard.eu.

Got the wrong item?

We’re on it! Email us at info@mudguard.eu with your order details (including order number and name). Also, send us a photo to prove you have received the wrong item.

Didn’t get an order or shipping confirmation?

Check your junk or spam folders; sometimes our emails end up there. Look for tracking numbers from ‘PostNL’ or ‘DHL’. Add us to your safe senders list to avoid missing future updates. Still nothing? Contact us at info@mudguard.eu.

Where do I put my billing address?

No need to worry about that! Just enter your shipping details at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

We process orders within 1-5 business days. Once your order is printed and packed, it will be shipped out the same day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Use the link provided to track your package. Note: It can take a few hours, sometimes up to 24 hours, for tracking to update if you order on a Sunday.

I live in The Netherlands, when will I receive my order?

Our processing time is 1-5 business days for all orders.

Where do we ship to?

We ship only within Europe.

How long does international delivery take?

We offer standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 4-10 business days, but customs can sometimes cause delays.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Possibly. All customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and other charges are the customer’s responsibility, even if you refuse the shipment. If your order incurs additional charges, you’ll need to pay them for your package to clear customs.

Think your order is lost or delayed?

Once we pass your Mudguard order to the couriers, your package is with a different provider. Delays can be frustrating, but any issues need to be investigated by the courier (PostNL or DHL). We can help you get in touch with them or contact them on your behalf. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to resolve any issues quickly.

Payments

What payment options do we accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and iDeal.

My promo code or gift card code isn’t working

Promo code not working? Make sure it’s valid for all items in your order. If you’re still having trouble, snap a screenshot of the page showing the issue and email it to us at info@mudguard.eu. Remember, only one code can be used per transaction.

Refunds and Exchange

Can I get a refund on my item?

Please note, we only offer store credit, not cash or debit refunds, unless the item is faulty or has a production defect. Contact us at info@mudguard.eu with your order number, order details, and images of the faulty item. Refunds are processed only after we receive the faulty item, so keep this in mind.

Can I exchange my item for another size?

All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE UNLESS FAULTY. We cannot provide an exchange, so please choose your size and design carefully. If you no longer want the product, we can offer you a credit note, provided the item is unworn. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we will issue a credit note only after the garment is returned in its original, unworn condition.
